Hello Folks, today I'm talking about best posting times on Instagram!..........I know its all bit of a game but it does have a real advantage to know which days are best and indeed worst.
Knowing when to post on Instagram is crucial to building up a true and authentic following. However, knowing when to post is an art form in itself especially if you have both European and American followers as I have myself. From my experience so far on Instagram I have found that the best time to post a photo for a general audience is after the working day, so after 5pm European time. I would then post occasionally at 11pm to catch my American friends. most people post more frequently than I so if you post twice daily try this and see if it works for you. Its sometimes a game of trial and error but when you tweak the times that get you best engagement on your account and also comments etc make a note of it.
In my opinion , regardless of what the experts say I think best times to post vary from person to person. However, the advice available on Google search is as good a place as any to start. Here are the statistics I've found.
MONDAY-Highest Engagement 7pm and 10pm.
TUESDAY- Highest Engagement 10pm and 3am.
WEDNESDAY- BEST DAY TO POST! 5pm and 9pm.
THURSDAY- Highest Engagement 7am, 5pm and 11pm.
FRIDAY- Highest Engagement 8pm and 11pm
SATURDAY- Highest Engagement 7pm and 11pm
SUNDAY- Highest Engagement 5pm
