Yeah............ its freezing outside............! So no prizes why my new post is still focusing on outer wear, which is in fact probably my favourite fashion item and being Irish and living on the coast of our fabulous but freezing little Island its the most anually worn items of clothing in Ireland.
Browsing through my trusty fashion magazines, at the moment and try as I might I just can't pull myself through the cosy comfort of my Winter coats to dabble in Spring/Summer 2016. Right now I don't care about SS16 I'm still nestled warmly but firmly on the last (hopefully) of Winters days.
No other item of clothing can have better value than a decent coat, jacket or cape that fights that bitter late Winter bite..... and believe me its biting bitter here in Ireland at the moment. I particularly love wearing bright warm outer wear at this time of year, a sort of kick in the teeth to Winters lingering......... there's nothing cheerier than wearing (and even seeing) a bright red or blue or fabulous pink that's as warm as it is a hint of spring to come.......
With this thought in mind I've put together a few warm cosy Vintage (mixed with Modern) looks of my own that I hope you enjoy and maybe it will remind you of a cosy mohair or fabulous cape in a bright hue that you had tucked in the depts of you wardrobe.......what better time to wear it now.
